* IF YOU ARE A DISTRICT NEEDING RECORDS FOR A RECENTLY WITHDRAWN STUDENT,  YOU MUST CONTACT THE LAST CAMPUS STUDENT ATTENDED.  (Click on our district web page under schools to acquire campus directory.)

 

OPTIONS TO ORDER AN ARCHIVED TRANSCRIPT ARE AS FOLLOW:

  

PICKING UP IN PERSON: - Transcripts must be ordered in advance by calling the numbers listed above or by email. Transcripts will be available for pick up on the following business day. A $3 fee (cash only) along with a photo ID will be required at time of pick up. If pick up arrangements are required, you must contact the Records Clerk for prior approval and instruction.

 

BY MAIL: – A transcript ordered by mail, requires a signed release letter mailed to the address listed above along with a copy of photo ID and a $3 money order payable to Harlandale ISD. Letter must include full name, (maiden name for females) date of birth, last year & school attended and reason for request. No online or phone orders will be accepted.

 
 VERBAL / FAX: – A verification of enrollment is available by faxing a release to the number listed. Release must indicate full name, (maiden name for females) date of birth and last year & school attended. Information requested will be taken from the original transcript and will be returned on District letterhead. A verbal verification of enrollment is also available by calling the number above. Verbal confirmation will be given providing information required by the Records Clerk.

 

NOTE:  Transcripts for current year graduates are available at their campus. Contact the high school Registrar for more details.
 

NOTE:   If a GED was acquired, you may contact the Extended Learning Center at 210-989-4921, Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
