STUDENT RESOURCES

Harlandale Students can use the links below to help them learn more about science.

Project Share OnTRACK lessons, funded by the Texas Education Agency, align with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills in science. Each lesson includes engaging content, interactive experiences, assessment and feedback, and links to additional resources.  OnTRACK lessons are intended to supplement classroom instruction and intervention. Although students cannot earn course credit by completing OnTRACK lessons, they are a great supplement to classroom instruction or can serve as a means for acceleration or intervention.

Harlandale ISD has made the following HIGH SCHOOL courses available for students to use.  To enroll in the course, you need a Project Share Username and Password.  To obtain your username or password, please consult your teacher or campus administrator.

STEMscopes is a comprehensive online science curriculum program that is strictly aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. Teachers can use STEMscopes to assign students modules from the program.

Students must get their username and ID from their teacher to access this site.

BrainPOP® creates animated, curricular content that engages students, supports educators, and bolsters achievement.  At school and or at home, the BrainPop characters (Tim, Annie, Ben, and Moby) help introduce new topics and illustrate complex concepts.

Student BrainPop logins can only be used between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.  Ask your teacher or librarian for a username and password.
