It has become a tradition at Kingsborough Middle School. A couple of days before the new school year, Principal William Hall ties on an apron and fries up some fish for his entire staff and a few other lucky guests. But he doesn’t stop there. This year, Mr. Hall also whipped up a batch of potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. On Thursday, August 23, the Knight staff spent part of the day in the cafeteria, savoring every delicious bite and some down time with each other.
Mr. Hall is an avid fisherman who spends part of his summers with a rod and reel in hand along the Texas coast. When the fish bite, his staff wins. That was the case this year.
