The early morning sun settled behind the clouds but the sound of horns helped brighten the day for the 10th Annual Harlandale Band Festival at Memorial Stadium on October 13. Nineteen schools competed to see who would take home the trophy and bragging rights of Best Performing Marching Band. The Harlandale HS Band Boosters and the Harlandale HS Alumni Band Boosters help organize the event every year.
