Some Harlandale High Indians learned the meaning of “Howdy” first hand while visiting Texas A&M University December 4. Thanks to the San Antonio Education Partnership, 34 students were able to tour the campus in College Station and see everything it has to offer, from its traditions and battle cries to classrooms and student life. The tour also included a visit to Kyle Stadium and other university landmarks.

According to the U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges 2012 rankings, A&M currently holds a spot in the Top 20 of public universities.
