Hockey and art is not a typical combination but they worked well together on December 9. That is when students from Columbia Heights Elementary School displayed their work at the AT& T center. The Fan Zone was filled with art while the Rampage and Oklahoma City Barons battled it out on the ice.
Students and their families watched all the action thanks to discounted tickets. They also received a food voucher for a free hot dog and drink and got to watch mascot “T-Bone” put on show himself. In the end, the Rampage pulled out the win, 3-2, and the artwork really impressed. The President of Operations at the AT&T Center is already coordinating with the school to have another exhibit in 2013.
