She is only a freshman at McCollum High School but she is already meddling in the big leagues. Harley Jane De Luna dances with the Rosas de Castillas Escaramuza Group. On February 23, the dance troop was invited to perform at a party hosted by Mayor Julian Castro in honor of former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. Harley Jane made it a point to make herself known. She walked over to the Mayor and Pelosi and posed for a picture with them.
