2013-2014 Back-to-School Immunizations
University Health System will be at Harlandale Middle School on Wednesday, May 22nd, from 4 – 6 pm and Terrell Wells Middle School on Wednesday, May 29th, from 4-6 pm providing immunizations for the new school year.
What to bring: Please bring your child’s insurance or Medicaid card, and immunization record or note from your school of shots needed.
Cost: There is a $10 fee per shot per child except for those with private insurance or Medicaid. Bills larger than $20 cannot be accepted.
Students may receive the shots with a parent/guardian or an adult who has knowledge of the child’s health. Graduating seniors who plan on attending college need the meningitis vaccine before they can register for college classes.
