Several students from the Harlandale Alternative Center are using their own personal experiences to send out a positive message. The students took part in the “Say Something-Save a Life” video contest sponsored by the San Antonio Police Department and Region 20.
The video contest asked participants to create a 30-second public service announcement about the dangers of harmful activities like doing drugs or texting while driving. The students at HAC decided to focus their PSA on the harmful effects of synthetic drugs on users as well as their families. To see the video, click here.
All contest entries will be screened and the winners will find out June 8th at the San Antonio Talons game.
