The State & Federal Programs Department is a component of the Curriculum
and Instruction Department.

The State & Federal Programs Department provides support services and guidance
to campuses and departments in assuring program implementation compliance
in the use of Federal and State Compensatory Education funds.  It is our goal
to maximize the use of federal funds, reauthorized under No Child Left Behind
Act, to support the District in reaching it's goals.


State & Federal Programs at the Esteban Sosa Parent Education Center:

  • McKinney-Vento Homeless Program
  • Title I, Part A: Parent Involvement
  • Title I, Part C: Migrant Program
