Hi! My name is Mrs. Tamez. I have been with Harlandale ISD for almost 10 years as a classroom teacher! Prior to that, I was providing reading interventions to small groups at another campus. I have also been a substitute teacher for Harlandale ISD and San Antonio ISD.

I am a product of Harlandale ISD. I attended Bellaire Elementary, Terrell Wells Middle School, and McCollum High School. I received my Associate of Arts in Teaching from Palo Alto College in 2007 and graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M Kingsville-System Center San Antonio.
