Welcome to 4th Grade! My name is Eva Ruiz and I will be your child’s Reading and Writing teacher. This will be my 9th year teaching.  I grew up 

in the Harlandale area, and I am proud to be at Carroll Bell! I graduated from Texas A&M San Antonio in 2009 with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-4th.

I have been happily married for 10 years, and I have a wonderful daughter named Isabella. I am excited for the new school year! I can’t wait to start our journey

together.
