Hello First Grade!!

I am Diana Montano! I teach mono-lingual first grade at Collier Elementary! This is my second year teaching at Collier and my fifth year in the education field!

I am originally from Portland, Texas which is just 15 minutes north of Corpus Christi. I graduated in 2016 with my undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Texas A&M University- Kingsville. GO HOGGIES! And in 2019 I graduated with my Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi! GO ISLANDERS!! 

I love teaching! There is no other career out there in the world for me! I cannot wait to have your student in my class and grow and learn with them! We are going to have a fun and fantastic year!
