Remember that all tickets will be sold online through Ticket Spicket (https://events.ticketspicket.com/agency/0860c4d5-ec4b-4a34-986d-e515203c55c8) and no tickets will be sold at the gate.  Remind your patrons that the tickets on their mobile device are live tickets and cannot be redeemed with a screen shot or printed copies. They will need to actively check into the event using your mobile device at the gate.
