Rebecca “Becky” Ruiz
Secretary, District 6
Born and raised on the Southside of San Antonio, Ms. Becky Ruiz is a proud graduate of Harlandale ISD. As a student, she attended Flanders Elementary and Leal Middle School. In 2003, she graduated from Harlandale High School, where she participated as an athlete and served as Senior Class President.
Her Harlandale roots continue through her daughters, Raven and Rubie Ruiz, who are also proud graduates of Harlandale High School.
Ms. Ruiz has been honored to serve on the Harlandale ISD Board of Trustees since May 2023 and remains committed to supporting the students, staff and families of the Harlandale community.
