Erica Salazar is a proud Harlandale ISD graduate, former educator, dedicated school board member and passionate businesswoman.
Born and raised in the community she now serves, Erica has always believed in the power of education, hard work and giving back.
Her experience as an educator gave her a deep understanding of the challenges students and families face, inspiring her to advocate for greater opportunities and resources in Harlandale ISD.
Today, as a realtor with Texas Elite, she continues that mission by helping families build brighter futures through homeownership. With a heart for service, Erica remains committed to uplifting the community — always striving to make a difference with humility, integrity and a genuine love for the people she serves.
