Juan Mancha

Juan J. Mancha Jr. proudly represents District 1 on the Harlandale ISD Board of Trustees. A longtime resident and small business owner, Mr. Mancha is deeply rooted in the community he serves. He and his wife, Diana — a retired public school teacher — have been married for 33 years and are the proud parents of two daughters. All four are proud graduates of Harlandale ISD.
A passionate advocate for social justice, Mr. Mancha is especially committed to supporting the employees of Harlandale ISD and ensuring their voices are heard. His dedication to fairness, equity and community service continues to guide his work as a trustee.
