Harlandale High School is welcoming back one of its own as Stacey Faz steps into the role of Girls Coordinator and Head Volleyball Coach.
A 2002 graduate of Harlandale High School, Coach Faz returns to her alma mater after 13 years at McCollum High School, where she made her mark across multiple athletic programs. She served as Head Soccer Coach for five years, leading her teams to playoff appearances each season. Most recently, she has been the Head Track Coach, guiding athletes to multiple Area and Regional finalist finishes.
In addition to her success in soccer and track, Coach Faz has been a key part of McCollum’s volleyball program since 2012, serving as the first assistant coach. During her tenure, the team earned several District Championships, as well as Area and Regional Final appearances.
With a long family history rooted in Harlandale ISD, Coach Faz brings both passion and perspective to her new leadership role. She officially joins the Harlandale High School campus on Friday, May 16 and is eager to begin the next chapter of her coaching career where it all began.
Join us in congratulating Coach Faz as she returns home to lead and inspire the next generation of Harlandale athletes!
