Join us in congratulating Kingsborough Middle School student Eric Maldonado for winning our 50th Anniversary Cultural Arts Fair Cover Art Contest!
Eric’s artwork was selected as the winning submission for this year’s theme, “Lotería de Culturas.” His piece features a woman holding colorful papel picado banners and incorporates the number 50 to celebrate the milestone anniversary of the Cultural Arts Fair.
As the contest winner, Eric’s artwork will be featured on the cover of the official 2026 Cultural Arts Fair program.
Now in its 50th year, the Cultural Arts Fair remains one of Harlandale ISD’s longest-standing traditions, celebrating culture and creativity across the District.
The 50th Annual Cultural Arts Fair will take place Saturday, March 28.
