The Harlandale ISD Multi-Purpose Arena is beginning to take shape, with visible progress happening each week. As one of the key projects funded by Bond 2022, the arena will serve as a space for student activities, athletics and community events.
Here’s a look at what’s been completed or is currently underway:
The final concrete slab for the arena floor has been poured
Duct bank installation continues along the south end of the site
Temporary water lines for nearby buildings are nearly complete
Concrete walls for the gym and locker rooms are being built up to 14 feet
Slab injection work has been completed to support the foundation
The Multi-Purpose Arena is just one aspect of our districtwide investment to improve learning and activity spaces across Harlandale ISD.
