Our new substitutes heard from Superintendent Mr. Gerardo Soto, our Chief of Police, Human Resources and Special Education Department, along with Grand Canyon University, who shared information on professional development and future career opportunities.

Hoy, los nuevos miembros de nuestro equipo de personal suplente para el ciclo 2026-27 se reunieron para recibir capacitación y conocer más sobre las herramientas, los recursos y el apoyo a su disposición.
Nuestros nuevos suplentes escucharon al superintendente, el Sr. Gerardo Soto, así como a representantes de nuestro Departamento de Policía, Recursos Humanos y Educación Especial, y de Grand Canyon University, quienes compartieron información sobre desarrollo profesional y futuras oportunidades laborales.
Nos complace dar la bienvenida al equipo de Harlandale ISD a nuestros nuevos suplentes. El personal suplente desempeña un papel fundamental para mantener el buen funcionamiento de las aulas y apoyar a nuestros estudiantes día a día.

El equipo de voleibol de McCollum recibió a invitados especiales, ya que estudiantes y atletas de las escuelas alimentadoras Kingsborough y Terrell Wells Middle School se unieron a los Cowboys en el nuevo Centro de Usos Múltiples.

Today, the Harlandale ISD community came together for our Memorial Day Ceremony to honor and remember members of our community who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
We are grateful to everyone who joined us in reflection as we paid tribute to their courage, service and lasting legacy. Their sacrifice and dedication will never be forgotten.
A special thank you to the Harlandale JROTC, McCollum Trumpeters and Gillette Elementary Choir for their contributions to today’s ceremony.
