Cerramos la última reunión del Consejo Asesor de Padres del Superintendente del ciclo escolar 2025–2026. Gracias a nuestros padres líderes por su compromiso y colaboración con Harlandale ISD.
Durante esta sesión, las familias escucharon actualizaciones de los líderes del distrito sobre cambios en las elecciones de la Mesa Directiva, logros en Bellas Artes y recursos de verano para apoyar a nuestros estudiantes y familias.

Parents, unfortunately, due to the upcoming inclement weather expected tomorrow, the kindergarten field trip to Devine Acres has been cancelled. Devine Acres will be closed tomorrow.

For all those who are planning on joining us in the parade on Saturday, please be sure to read the following information:
Parade Time: 9:00 –11:00 AM
This year’s parade route will begin on Roosevelt Avenue in front of Mission San Jose and end at Harlandale Memorial Stadium. Due to road closures and limited space at Mission San Jose, ALL student drop-offs will take place at Harlandale Memorial Stadium (except bands). School buses will shuttle students to the parade starting point.
Drop-off Location: Harlandale Memorial Stadium (see attached map for traffic flow)
Shuttle Start Time: 6:15 AM
All students must be shuttled by 7:30 AM to ensure that the 5k starts at 8:00am. **Adams students who will be walking in the parade need to arrive at the shuttle staging area shown on the map between 6:15-6:45am. The shuttle will be departing the stadium for the lineup at 6:45.
Drop-off & Shuttle Schedule
Parents should drop off students at the stadium according to the attached schedule. Volunteers will assist students onto buses and escort them to their corral location on Roosevelt.
Important Reminders:
-Roosevelt Ave will be closed; no parent drop-offs will be allowed at Parade start.
-Please arrive during your designated time to avoid traffic delays.
-Students should arrive parade-ready.
-There will be one bus at the end to take all remaining administrators and stragglers
-Anyone who is staff, family or student is invited to walk. Wagons are welcome.
-When the shuttle drops you off at the parade site, we will be lined up at numbers 59-61.

Este proyecto forma parte de una campaña municipal organizada por Childsafe para crear conciencia sobre el abuso infantil, la singularidad de cada historia y la individualidad de cada niño/a afectado/a. Los invitamos a participar en este proyecto y aprovechar la oportunidad para hablar con sus hijos/as, de manera apropiada para su edad, sobre la seguridad corporal y límites personales, mientras disfrutan creando recuerdos y expresando su creatividad.
