We will continue using Dojo for the next week as all parents transition over to Rooms. On Monday, September 16th, Dojo will be going offline and we will make the full switch over to Rooms.
Our 3rd graders were our winners today for the second time in a row! Remember, every week we keep track of the grade level with the best attendance. Every student in the winning grade level receives a prize on the following Monday. Today our winners received nachos!
For those of you interested in ordering an Adams Spirit Shirt, make sure your orders are in by September 6th! Shirts are $15 each.
Parents, please make plans to join us tomorrow night for Open House! Our students are so excited to show you what they have been working on up to this point. Teachers will also have important information to share about their classroom expectations and we will have more information regarding our new district-wide communication system. To our students and families, great job completing your Book Blast Treasure Maps and enjoy your fun prizes! We will celebrate soon with all the books heading our way. Every child at Adams will be receiving one, brand-new book. Students who had friends or family members contribute to their account through the emailed link may receive up to 10 free books! Contributions will be accepted through Sunday, so remind your people that this is an excellent cause! All you have to do in order for your child to be entered to win is register them at the Book Blast website and send out 10 invitations to family/friends! That's right, even if none of your 10 people donate, your child still gets 3 prizes, 1 book, and the chance to win one of our 2 remaining treasure chests!
However, if your people DO donate, your child can earn up to 10 FREE, BRAND- NEW BOOKS!! Remember, the goal of this is to get brand-new books into the hands of ALL of our Adams students! Show our kids how much we value reading!
