The 2024 Cultural Arts Fair Cover Design Contest is now open! "The Roots of our Heritage | Las Raíces de Nuestra Herencia," is this year's theme courtesy of 3rd grade student Aryanna Bustillo Palacios.
Encourage your child to take part in the contest and their artwork could be featured on this year's program!
Join us tonight for STEAM night from 5:30-6:45. There will be lots of fun, hands on activities like math and science games as well as drones and virtual reality activities. Come out to have some fun!!!!

Collier wants to give a HUGE congratulations to Miss Ortiz for receiving a grant that that will benefit her students!!!!
With the help of this grant, she will be able to purchase Spanish leveled book sets so that every child can have a book of their own. The grant will allow students to have authentic text in their hands and have books that they can connect to. This will allow students to have a resource they can use to develop reading skills at their level.

San Antonio Metro Health will be hosting several vaccine clinics in the coming days, including one in our Harlandale Middle School cafeteria this Friday, Oct. 6 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
COVID-19 vaccines will be available to individuals with no health insurance or whose health insurance does not cover the vaccines. While no appointment is needed, please note that space is limited. Please see the fliers below for additional details.
October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Let's stand together to create a safe and supportive environment for all our students.
Did you know? As part of our efforts to mitigate bullying and promote school safety, Harlandale ISD partnered with Anonymous Alerts, an online anonymous reporting tool. Students or parents can anonymously report any suspicious activity, bullying or other student related issues. We encourage students to protect themselves and stand up for their peers online.
