For your information Gillette Elementary is posting the lunch menu for the month of September 2026. Hopefully, this calendar will help you and your child plan a nutritious and delicious lunch each day.
From Family Nights, Parent Education and Adult ESL classes to ACE Programs, Migrant Student Services, CARE Center Support and Wellness Classes the team helps meet the needs of our students, families and community.
They also partner with organizations across San Antonio to bring resources directly to our families through mobile food distributions, community events, toy drives and more.

FREE summer meals will be available for all children 18 years old and younger. Meals must be eaten on campus, and no grab-and-go or parent pickup will be available.

Parents, guardians, and caretakers : Please note that the last day of school is Thursday, May 28th. This will be an EARLY RELEASE day.
Pre-Kinder dismissal is at 11:35 a.m. and the elementary students are released at 11:45 a.m.
Today, the Harlandale ISD community came together for our Memorial Day Ceremony to honor and remember members of our community who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
We are grateful to everyone who joined us in reflection as we paid tribute to their courage, service and lasting legacy. Their sacrifice and dedication will never be forgotten.
A special thank you to the Harlandale JROTC, McCollum Trumpeters and Gillette Elementary Choir for their contributions to today’s ceremony.
Today and always, we remember and honor our heroes.

Hoy, la comunidad del Harlandale ISD se reunió para nuestra ceremonia del Día de los Caídos, con el fin de honrar y recordar a los miembros de nuestra comunidad que hicieron el sacrificio supremo al servicio de nuestro país.
