Durante la 89ª Sesión Legislativa de Texas, el gobernador Greg Abbott promulgó la Ley de la Cámara de Representantes HB1481. Esta ley limita el uso de dispositivos de comunicación personales por parte de los estudiantes, incluyendo teléfonos celulares, relojes inteligentes y audifonos, durante la jornada escolar en todas las escuelas públicas de Texas.

Today was the first day back for our Harlandale ISD teachers!
From preparing lessons to making their classrooms their own, our educators are already hard at work getting ready for an amazing year. Let’s show our teachers some love as we gear up for the first day of school!









Through our partnership with Next Level Prime, staff and their families have unlimited access to high-quality medical care to support their health and well-being year-round.
A big thank you to the McCollum High School Mariachi for an incredible performance. Welcome to the Southside, Next Level Urgent Care. We’re excited for what this means for our community!












By getting a head start on their Drone Licensing Program, these students are fast-tracking their way toward completing the course and will be able to take their FAA Part 107 License test earlier than expected.

> Ricardo de la Cruz and Charlie Anthony were recognized for being honored at the Male Teachers of Color Collaborative Celebration for their powerful leadership and positive impact on our students.
> Rebecca de la Rosa and Madelynn Joy Ruiz were awarded the San Antonio Area Foundation’s Legacy Scholarship for their academic excellence and commitment to their community.
Also recognized was Mr. Ricardo Moreno for his years of service as School Board Trustee. We wish him the best of luck as he begins his next chapter!
