The Spaghetti Plate sale that was scheduled to happen during tomorrow's Beginner Band concert has been CANCELLED. If you already purchased a ticket, please speak to the band student who sold the ticket to you; the students will issue a refund. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
The Beginner Band concert, however, is still happening!

The 2025-2026 yearbook is now available for pre-order for $35! Please fill out a pre-order form, available in Ms. Johnson's room, S111, or the front office and bring $35 for your yearbook to S111. Payment must be included with the pre-order form to receive your yearbooks. Pre-orders close on Wednesday, May 20th. If available, yearbooks will be $40 after May 20th.

Join us for our 8th grade bridging ceremony - Thursday, May 21st, 2026. At the Harlandale High School Auditorium, 6pm. Seating is limited. Balloons, food, and drinks are not permitted in the auditorium.

Celebrate your child's big milestone!
We are excited to celebrate our 8th grade students as they transition to high school.
Families now have the opportunity to purchase a Bridging Ceremony Shout-out to honor their student. These messages will be displayed during the Bridging Ceremony Welcome Slides prior to the ceremony.
Parents, guardians, and family members are all welcome to participate - multiple shout-outs may be purchased for each student, so feel free to celebrate your child with more than one special message!
Option 1: Full page slide - $20
Option 2: Half page slide - $10
Cash only. Payment must be turned into the front office at HMS. Fill in the Google Form to secure your spot! (A secondary link will be sent to your email once payment is received.)
Beginning: Monday, May 4th.
Deadline: Friday, May 15 by 3pm.
Bridging Ceremony is on May 21st beginning at 6pm at HHS Auditorium.

This past Friday the HMS Jazz Band competed in the Fiesta Jazz Festival at St. Mary’s University. The band performed at the highest level of musicianship possible and out of 16 middle school Jazz bands they placed First! Earning the title of Grand Champions for the Festival in the middle school division. What a great way to end the season. If you would like to hear our Jazz Band live they will be performing May 13 at Harlandale HS. Come see what the hype is about!
In addition, Mr. Ybarra earned the award for Outstanding Middle School Director for Excellence in Jazz Education.
