Your child’s health is essential to great learning! The CHRISTUS Children’s Mobile Clinic is back to provide more great services at no cost at your child’s school. The clinic provides FREE basic health care services to the students and their immediate families. These services include wellness exams, immunizations, (if eligible under the Vaccines for Children’s Federal program), health education, treatment of minor illnesses, and vision and hearing screenings. Wellness exams are by appointment only. The Christus Mobile Clinic is open from 9a.m. to 1p.m. With the last walk-in at 11a.m.; see schedule below for dates. La clínica movil de CHRISTUS Children’s Mobile Clinic está nuevamente disponible para proveer más servicios extraordinarios sin costo en la escuela de sus hijos. La clínica proveera servicios GRATUITOS básico del cuidado de la salud a estudiantes y a sus familias inmediatas. Estos servicios incluyen: exámen fisico de sano, vacunas (si es elegible bajo el programa federal- Vaccines for Children), educación para la salud, el tratamiento de enfermedades menores, y exámenes de los ojos y audicion. Los chequeos de salud para de sanos son a través de citas previas solamente. 📝 There is a NEW required UIL form that all student athletes in Texas must complete before they can participate in any tryouts, practices, or games.
⚠️ Don't let your student get sidelined, get this done today! ⚠️
📋 How to complete the forms:

2. *Select "Online forms", *Select "Texas", *Select "Harlandale ISD"
3. Log in or select "Create a New Account" (You will need your Student's full name and Student ID number)
4. Click the notification link to complete all required forms.
