Student Council is having a fundraiser this week! Students can purchase a temporary tattoo and decide which teacher they want to wear it. Tattoos will be available for purchase Monday- Thursday and teachers will wear their tattoos on Friday, May 1st!

Yesterday was our Wright Fiesta Parade! The shoebox floats and pinatas were amazing! Thank you to all the families who helped to make yesterday so special. Viva Wright!

In a few weeks, we will be hosting our annual Harlandale Indians Youth Football Camp. Sign up today!

Next Wednesday is our Fiesta Shoebox Parade at Wright Elementary! The parade begins at 2:00 pm. Parents are welcome to attend. Just like our 100th day parade the route will take us into the parking lot before reentering the campus! Bring your own chairs and come celebrate Fiesta San Antonio with us! See you there!

Book Fair starts today! Thank you for those who have already created e-wallets! The book fair is cashless so creating an e-wallet is the easiest way for kids to shop! Scan the QR code or follow the website to set yours up today! You can also share your wallet with friends and family so they can donate to your child's book fair budget. The book fair will be open after school on Tuesday and Thursday for families to visit. Please enter through the Trenton Dr. entrance to the library. See you soon!

Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up soon! We are asking for donations from families so that the teachers can have snacks and goodies throughout the week. You can send items at any time between now and May 1. Let's thank all the teachers for their hard work! Your support is much appreciated!

The Magik Theater put on a two person production of Red Riding Hood today for our lower elementary students. They did a wonderful job and we loved having them visit us here at Wright!

Our Spring book fair is next week! Our book fair is cashless. We can accept e-wallets (scan the QR code), cards and cash apps. Please make sure to create an e-wallet for your child to shop! We had our STAAR pep rally today for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students to get ready for next week! We had a blast with teacher and student competitions, music and special guests from Harlandale HS! We are so proud of our Lil' Indians! Time to show them what we can do!
